  5. Providing the Body Shop Manager with the tools to effectively control the business. e.g. the Live WIP screen provides real time warnings of all work being carried out and which work is likely to end up in losses for the company unless action is taken.
  6. Finally we reduce time taken in all areas of the business enabling you to reduce your staff costs. Accountants time is saved due to the automatic entries of sales and purchases directly into the accounting package, as Technicians are monitored productivity improves and fewer technicians are required for the same work, Estimators produce more per hour with this system as more time is spent producing better quality estimates, receptionist provide a service comparable with highly efficient and larger Body Shops.
Does it cost extra for links to Audatex , Glassmatix, Quoits, Sage or Paint Scales?
No. All these links are provided free of charge.
Are there any hidden costs?

Optional Modules?
All modules except I-track are included in our pricing. However the creation of I-track allows you to determine the progress of your vehicles via website. The costs of implementation of web links are the only extra costs you need to consider if you decide to take the I-track option.
Are Thatcham times used for opinion estimates?
No. For opinion estimates we have created a user friendly interface but it requires you to enter times manually.
Do you link to Claimwatch?
Yes we are fully compliant with Claimwatch links.
How long does it take to get up and running with this system?
After the first 3 days of training, most users will be able to run with the system.
What happens if I don't like the system? Can I get my money back?
Yes. We offer a full money back guarantee on all of the software rentals paid if you are not completely satisfied within 3 months of installation.
Do I have to enter into long-term contracts?
No. Contract length is only 3 months, after which you can renew the contract if you wish.
How much does it cost?
£6 per day for single user and a one-off initial cost for set-up and training of £995.
Every extra user just add £1 per day and £800 on the initial cost. This gives you unlimited support, free upgrades on this application for life and the most up to date system on the market.
How does Auto Soft system compare to other systems in the market place?

Do any Auto Soft customers have Insurance approvals?
Yes. Majority of the Body Shops in the country have insurance approvals.
Does Auto Soft cater for Mechanical workshop?
No. However, you can tailor the Body Shop Management System to produce job cards and invoices.
